Our Story
Built on Long Island. Trusted Across Two Markets.
H2Only Cleaning Systems was founded in 2005 by Scott Frasca with one mission: deliver exterior cleaning so thorough and well-documented that customers never have to wonder if the job was done right.
Founded by Scott Frasca — Long Island, NY, 2005
Scott Frasca started H2Only Cleaning Systems in 2005 on Long Island, NY, with a simple belief: exterior cleaning should be done with the right equipment, the right technique, and complete accountability to the customer.
Over nearly two decades, Scott built H2Only into one of Long Island's most trusted exterior cleaning companies — earning a #1 rating on HomeAdvisor and a 4.9-star average across 200+ verified reviews on Angi and HomeAdvisor.
Recognizing the demand for professional exterior cleaning in Southwest Florida, H2Only expanded operations to Naples, FL, where the company now serves Collier County and Lee County homeowners, HOA communities, and property managers requiring compliance cleaning.
Today, H2Only operates across two markets — Long Island, NY and Naples, FL — with a growing franchise model designed to bring the same standard of service to markets nationwide.
